Dr. Randy Valimont

Senior Pastor | Griffin First Assembly

Dr. Randy Valimont is known for his passion for Christ and dauntless vision for the Church. As a leader, preacher and teacher, Dr. Valimont inspires people to live bold and innovative lives for the spread of God’s truth throughout the world. He is the Senior Pastor of Griffin First Assembly of God church and has seen it grow in attendance from 400 to 5,200 under his leadership. 

Dr. Valimont serves on numerous boards and committees across the nation including the General Council of the Assemblies of God, the Georgia District, Assemblies of God Global Missions, and Southwestern Assemblies of God University.


Dr. Ron Crum

Senior Executive Pastor | Griffin First Assembly

With 30+ years in ministry, Dr. Ron Crum has served as youth pastor, senior pastor, executive pastor, board member, academic dean, and in several other roles. Ron has served the church for many years by training up the leaders of tomorrow. Before his time in Georgia, he founded the Appalachian District School of Ministry, which has become the model for district schools of ministry replicated in over thirty additional districts. 

Pastor Crum has ministered leadership internationally in the African countries of Ghana, Kenya, Burundi, Zimbabwe, and South Africa and recently in the eastern European countries of Armenia and Turkey. 

Currently, Ron is the executive pastor & academic dean of Griffin First Assembly. He oversees students from daycare to college. He is a certified administrator of the The Leadership Challenge workshop, he travels internationally to train pastors in different nations, and strives to see the local church truly be the church of Jesus Christ.


Eric Speir

Academic Director | SAGU Valor

Eric has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministries from Southeastern University and a Master of Divinity from Regent University School of Divinity in Practical Theology (2008) with a specialty in Leadership Coaching. He is currently pursuing a D.Min in Leadership Development and Creative Communication from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.

He has been in ministry for over twenty years and has served at Griffin First Assembly of God for the past ten years. He has been on staff at three churches holding positions such as Ministry Development Director, Operations Pastor and Pastor of Pastoral Care. His passion is to empower and equip leaders for ministry.


Aubri Granado

Recruiting and Student Life Director | SAGU Valor

Aubri lives life passionately loving God and people. She has a heart for raising up the next
generation, to use their gifts and talents to lead the world to Jesus. She is an alumni of SAGU Valor and now is one of the directors of the school. Her and her husband both attend Griffin First Assembly where they are the Senior High Youth Pastors. They both share the passion of pouring into student's lives and being all that God has called them to be.

Marlana Gould

Administrative Assistant | SAGU Valor

Originally from New Hampshire, Marlana served for many years in the Insurance and the Banking industry before she was called to full time ministry. She has a genuine love for people and she also serves alongside her husband who is the Pastor of the GFA Newnan Campus. She is excited to be able to use her giftings to help equip the next generation of leaders.
