Dr. Eric Speir

Academic Director | SAGU Valor

Eric has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Pastoral Ministries from Southeastern University and a Master of Divinity from Regent University School of Divinity in Practical Theology with a specialty in Leadership Coaching. He completed a D.Min in Leadership Development and Creative Communication from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.

He has been in ministry for over twenty years and has served at Griffin First Assembly of God for the past fourteen years. He has been on staff at three churches holding positions such as Ministry Development Director, Operations Pastor, and Pastor of Pastoral Care. His passion is to empower and equip leaders for ministry.

Rachel Pilcher

Interim Director | SAGU Valor

Rachel lives life passionately loving God and people. She has a heart for raising up the next generation, to use their gifts and talents to lead the world to Jesus. She is a graduate of Central Bible College. She and her family attend Griffin First Assembly where she is the Next Gen Pastor. They share the passion of pouring into student's lives and being all that God has called them to be.
